Inventory sections

A section is somewhere you count stock in one pass — the storeroom, the walk-in, the freezer, the dry store. Each one gets its own tab, its own count, and its own count sheet. Categories group items inside a section.

Sales come out of

Orders and invoices always take stock out of this section. A product linked to a bottle in another space is redirected to the same bottle here; if there isn't one, nothing is deducted and the order still goes through — move stock in with Transfer, or fix the link.

A new section appears as a tab once something is filed in it — add the first item from Inventory → New item and pick the section there.
